Skateboarding and back pains often go hand in hand. Apart from the continuous falls that can result in injuries, the ongoing stress of maintaining your balance can also affect the muscles of your back. This is a 20 minute yin yoga flow to help you release tension and relieve back pain. This practice is for all bodies and can be done practically anywhere.
