With all that is happening at the moment, closing your eyes and focusing on your natural breath rhythm is a good way to unwind. In his 5th installment of Yin Yoga for skateboarders, Shane Carrick focuses on meditation. As he expresses in his video, too much of our attention is focused outwardly on things or on people. Through traditional media and social media, our gaze and mind cannot exit the current circle of anxious-producing news. Join us and Shane in calming our minds and relaxing our muscles in an attempt to stabilize our emotions. Though, when the bell rings out, you can open your eyes or stay here as long as you like.
