We just got around to watching this new Samarria Brevard documentary, “Samarria Brevard: No Handouts,” which recently ran on CULTURED. The film is by Dan Buyanovsky, who does not seem to be a skater but does documentary-style skate filming right.
Do we want to watch Samarria tre-flip in HD in slo-mo every morning? Yes, yes we do. But besides the picture perfect flatground and long, eerily lit back 5-0’s, it’s a really nice look into what makes our favorite Enjoi team rider (sorry Deedz!) tick. If you want to chomp the big rails, apparently veganism, being extremely organized, and having a good relationship with your parents helps a lot. Who knew!? Anyway, enjoy seven minutes of Samarria singing, skating, and generally slaying. – SKATEISM
