Detroit may seem like an unlikely place to push wood, what with the crusty streets, and spots that are few and far between
(not to mention a weather pattern that’s more unstable than that aunt we don’t talk about.) Apart from the obvious spots such as Hart Plaza, and the marble ledges on Woodward which are always fun to skate, Detroit likes to hide its gems from those that aren’t worthy. It takes an adventurous spirit, and a patient skater to uncover these spots in Detroit. And like everything else in the city, the scene likes to keep to itself. But once you’re in, a whole new world is opened up.
